Shipping & Returns
  • Where does Archer Brighton ship? We ship nationwide in the US!
  • How much does shipping cost? We offer free UPS Ground on all orders shipping in the contiguous US. But for those of you who don’t like waiting by the mailbox, there are a few faster options. Like these: 
      • UPS Ground to the contiguous US – Free!
        UPS Ground to Alaska or Hawaii — $25
        USPS Priority to Puerto Rico — $25
        2-Day Shipping: $35
        Overnight: $50                                                                           Gift cards ship free to all fifty states.

      • Please allow one full business day for us to process your order before shipping.

  • What about international shipping? We currently do not ship international. 
  • When exactly will I receive my order? Here’s how it works: You place an order online, then we process it. Your package will ship out from our warehouse in 1 business day. From then on, it all depends on your shipping method. If you choose our free UPS Ground shipping option, your order will arrive within 1-7 business days, depending on your location. Hand-stamped monogram bags will ship in 2-3 weeks. Our warehouse team takes a much deserved vacation on weekends and national holidays, so orders placed on those days will be shipped the following business day.
  • I didn’t receive a confirmation email - Please note, your shipment confirmation and tracking detail may take an additional business day to update. You will receive an email confirming shipment once this is available. If you haven’t received a confirmation email within 3 business days of purchase, please email us with header 'Order #000, Tracking Number Request'.
    • What’s your return policy? You can return any unworn/undamaged product within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked. Please note, you are required to cover the costs of returning the goods to us, and we do not refund outbound shipping fees. We charge a 20% restocking fee. To start the return process, just email us at with the header 'US Order Return', and we'll take care of you. 
      • This typically takes 7 business days in the US, dependent on your bank/card issuer. Refunds will cover cost of your original purchase, excluding delivery charges. Once your return has been processed you will receive a refund confirmation email.

      • Refunds vs. Returns/Exchanges - Refunds may only be issued to ​the credit card, PayPal account, or Alipay account used to make the original purchase. It typically takes 7 business days depending on your bank/card issuer. Refunds will cover cost of your original purchase, excluding delivery charges. Once your return has been proceed you will receive a refund confirmation email. Exchanges or returns for store credit are free and include free shipping on your next order. 

      • What if I have an international return? If you want to return an international order, please email with the header 'International Order Return' to let us know. Costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer and original shipping fees are non refundable. 
      • Can I return a gift card? Physical and e-gift cards are not refundable and cannot be changed or canceled. Might we suggest re-gifting?
      Brand/ Showroom
      • What's the Archer Brighton difference? Functional designs from other companies face a lot of markups. The brand who makes it, the retailer who sells it, and in some cases a licensing company who gets it there, all take their cuts before a bag even gets to market. The end result: overpriced (and not-that-great) bags. Since Archer Brighton only sells directly to our customers, our bags doesn’t have all of those markups driving up the price, so we can bring you higher quality and actual pockets (!) at lower prices.
      • What's the best bag for my laptop? Let us help you find the perfect fit for your tech via our Fit Guide. 
      • Is there a warranty? Yes. All Archer Brighton bags are guaranteed by a one-year warranty. All accessories (Phone cases, iPad covers, Organizers, Laptop sleeves and Batteries) are guaranteed for one year. If anything breaks, we will fix or replace it for you.
      • Archer Brighton Showroom: Where is it and what are the hours? The Archer Brighton showroom is located on the ground floor at Pacific & Taylor Ave., San Francisco, CA 94133. It's open by appointment only Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm, and its closed Weekends. Please note that because this is a workspace for us, this means that the inventory is limited and not all products are available to try on. If you'd like to know if a specific item is there, shoot over an email to with the header 'Showroom Appointment Request' and we'll see if we have it. 
      • What's Archer Brighton's phone number? We're not able to offer phone support at this time. Send us an email ( and we’ll do our best to get back to you as soon as possible. Make sure to include any relevant details like an order number, photos, or anything else that will help us answer your question.
      • Payment Methods - We accept online payments using major debit and credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express (UK & North America stores only) and PayPal. Please do not email us your debit or credit card information.  We cannot be held responsible for any loss that might occur if you include card information in an email.
      Archer Brighton Now- SF
      • What is Archer Brighton Now? Archer Brighton Now is our 1-hour delivery service in San Francisco. Select styles are available for immediate delivery Monday through Friday from 9am to 7pm EST.
        • We use Postmates as our 1-hour delivery provider. Archer Brighton Now costs $4.95 per shipment. If you send 2+ items through Archer Brighton Now the shipping fee is waived. Make sure to add the note '1-hour delivery- SF' during check-out.
        • Local Pick-up: Local pickups are available free of charge. Please send us an email at with the header 'Local Order Pickup' to schedule your pickup time. 
        • If we do not have your select item available for 1-hour delivery, we will send an email or text to let you know. We also offer a complimentary upgrade to priority 2-day delivery from our standard warehousing to items deemed unavailable locally after order was placed.
      Discount Pricing
      • Corporate gifting, retail and wholesale buying - We provide discount pricing for MQO's of 10. For businesses we provide personalization, co-branding, and gift packaging options. Retailers can enjoy complimentary restocking, marketing and competitive payment structure. Email us at with the header 'Wholesale Pricing' and your project details to get started.
